Need to update your address? 

  1. Log in to the Parent Portal: Access the GCPS Parent Portal using your User ID (your registered email address) and password.
  2. Update Student Information: Find the "Update Student Information" link or section, which may be under the "My Account" tab.
  3. Change Your Address: Make the necessary changes to the address fields and select "Save Changes" to submit the update.
  4. Gather Proof of Residency: Collect two proofs of residency, such as a current utility bill and a lease or mortgage statement.
  5. Upload Documents to ParentVue: Log in to ParentVue and upload the completed Status Change Form and your proof of residency documents.
  6. Submit for Processing: After you submit your documents, GCPS will process the request to update the student's address on file.
